Reconstitution: 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellents that direct pioneering neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (also known as Semaphorin 4D) is a 150 kDa homodimer that induces B cell aggregation and enhances viability in vitro.
It modulates CD40–CD40L B cell signaling by promoting aggregation and survival while downregulating CD23 expression.
CD72 acts as a lymphocyte receptor for CD100, involved in regulating B cell signaling.
CD100 is expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines, and at higher levels on activated T and B cells.
