Target Information

Rat IgG2a는 주로 연구 및 진단 응용 분야에서 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형입니다. 쥐 면역계에서 생성되며, 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다. 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있습니다. 쥐 모델을 이용한 실험에서 대조 항체로 자주 사용되며, Flow Cytometry 및 Immunohistochemistry 응용에도 널리 활용됩니다.
