Product Specific Information

This antibody recognizes the mouse gamma 2a heavy chain of immunoglobulin (determined by immunodot) with no cross-reactivity with other species. It is suitable for immunoassays such as ELISA (demonstrating strong binding to plastic surfaces), immunohistochemistry on frozen sections, and for affinity chromatography of murine IgG1.
Available as unconjugated (MON5068) or HRP-conjugated (5068H) forms.

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are used for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies.
Secondary antibodies enhance detection versatility by enabling multiple labeling systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and can amplify signal intensity since multiple secondaries can bind to a single primary antibody.
