- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
VSNL1 유전자는 neuronal calcium sensor 단백질의 visinin/recoverin 하위군에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 소뇌의 granule cell에서 강하게 발현되며, 칼슘 의존적으로 세포막과 결합합니다.
중추신경계 내에서 adenylyl cyclase 활성 조절을 통해 세포 내 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다.
대체 스플라이싱된 전사체가 보고되었으나, 전체 길이는 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
