Target Information
USP11 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 11), also known as UHX1, is a 920 amino acid deubiquitinating enzyme involved in the ubiquitin pathway. It is localized to the nucleus and interacts with Ran BP-M and BRCA2, regulating their ubiquitination status. USP11 is associated with X-linked retinal diseases and may play a role in tumor suppression through BRCA2 deubiquitination.
