CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule)은 비환원 조건에서 60 kDa의 분자량을 가지는 gp28/34 이황화 결합 호모다이머입니다. CD69는 활성화된 혈소판에 존재하며, 정상 말초혈액의 일부 세포에서도 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 림프구 신호전달에 관여하며, T 림프구의 활성화 시 발현이 유도되어 증식에 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 자연살해세포 및 혈소판에서 신호 전달 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 전사 변이가 존재합니다. CD69 기능 이상은 코시디오이도마이코시스 및 천식과 관련이 있습니다.
