For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Complex II of the respiratory chain is involved in the oxidation of succinate and transfers electrons from FADH to CoQ.
This complex consists of four nuclear-encoded subunits localized in the mitochondrial inner membrane.
The iron-sulfur subunit is highly conserved and contains three cysteine-rich clusters that may comprise the enzyme's iron-sulfur centers.
Mutations in this gene are associated with paragangliomas and pheochromocytoma, linking mitochondrial dysfunction to tumorigenesis.
