Target Information
MRGD는 통각 수용체 기능 및 발달을 조절하며, 통증 감각의 인식 또는 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
β-알라닌의 특정 막 수용체로 작용하며, β-알라닌 처리 시 세포 내 Ca²⁺ 유입을 유도합니다.
또한, β-알라닌은 forskolin으로 자극된 cAMP 생성을 감소시키며, 이는 G(q) 및 G(i) 단백질과의 결합을 시사합니다.
세포막에 주로 존재하지만, β-알라닌 처리 후 세포질로 내부화됩니다.
