Target Information
Rb 단백질은 DNA 결합 능력을 가진 종양 억제성 핵 인산화 단백질입니다. Serine과 Threonine 잔기에 인산화되며, SV40 large T antigen, adenovirus E1A, human papilloma virus-16 E 등과 복합체를 형성합니다.
Rb 단백질은 전사 조절을 통해 세포 성장 제어에 관여하며, RB 유전자 기능 상실은 다양한 암(유방, 대장, 전립선, 신장, 비인두암, 백혈병 등)과 관련이 있습니다.
