Target Information
MYEOV, also known as OCIM, was originally isolated using the NIH/3T3 tumorigenicity assay with DNA from gastric carcinoma. It serves as a prognostic factor for patients with multiple myeloma, partly through its role in regulating MMC proliferation. MYEOV is considered a candidate oncogene activated in the amplification core located proximal to CCND1.
