Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD31 (PECAM-1, platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1) is an inhibitory coreceptor regulating T and B cell signaling through ITIM motifs that, upon phosphorylation, recruit protein-tyrosine phosphatases.
It is expressed throughout the vascular system, primarily at intercellular junctions. The N-terminal Ig-like domain mediates homophilic binding, critical for cell-cell interactions.
CD31 plays roles in:
