Target Information
ITGB1BP1은 integrin 매개 세포-기질 상호작용 신호의 주요 조절자로, ITGB1의 세포질 꼬리와 결합하여 talin 또는 FERMT1에 의한 integrin α5/β1 활성화를 억제합니다.
세포 증식, 분화, 부착 및 이동 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 골 형성과 혈관 신생 과정에도 관여합니다.
또한 focal adhesion 형성 조절, Rho GTPase 신호 조절, fibronectin 의존적 세포 확산 및 이동을 매개합니다.
세포 부착 시 CDC42 및 RAC1의 활성형 수준을 감소시켜 세포 이동 및 골아세포 분화에 영향을 줍니다.
혈관 발달 과정에서는 Notch 신호 경로를 통해 AKT 인산화를 촉진하고 ERK1/2 인산화를 억제하여 내피세포 증식과 이동을 억제합니다.
