This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) is involved in lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. It may serve as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome but is not required for reactivity of infection-associated antiphospholipid autoantibodies.
