- PTM: Glycosylated (contains N-acetylglucosamine, probably O-linked); phosphorylated by cyclin A/CDK2 to enhance transcriptional activity.
- Similarity: Member of the nuclear hormone receptor family (NR3 subfamily); contains one nuclear receptor DNA-binding domain.
