Target Information
SIGLEC7는 시알산 의존적 결합을 매개하는 부착 분자로 알려져 있으며, α-2,3 및 α-2,6 연결 시알산과 선호적으로 결합합니다. 또한 다양한 디시알로갱글리오사이드와 결합합니다. 면역 반응에서 리간드 유도 티로신 인산화 후 세포질 인산화효소를 모집하여 신호 전달을 억제하는 억제성 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다. 자연살해세포의 세포독성 억제에 관여하며, 조혈 과정 및 백혈병성 골수세포의 증식 억제에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
