Target Information
Isocitrate dehydrogenases는 isocitrate를 2-oxoglutarate로 산화적 탈카복실화하는 효소입니다.
이 효소군은 NAD(+) 또는 NADP(+)를 전자수용체로 사용하는 두 가지 하위 그룹으로 나뉘며, 총 다섯 가지 이소효소가 보고되어 있습니다.
NAD(+)-의존성 isocitrate dehydrogenase는 미토콘드리아 기질에 존재하며, TCA 회로의 속도 제한 단계를 조절합니다.
각 이소효소는 두 개의 알파, 하나의 베타, 하나의 감마 서브유닛으로 구성된 이형사량체입니다.
본 유전자는 NAD(+)-의존성 isocitrate dehydrogenase의 베타 서브유닛을 암호화하며, 세 가지 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
