Target Information
TCL1 유전자의 과발현은 성숙 T 세포 백혈병의 발병과 관련이 있으며, 이는 TCL1 유전자가 TCR-α 또는 TCR-β 조절 요소 근처로 재배열되면서 발생합니다 (Virgilio et al., 1998). 정상 T 세포에서는 TCL1이 CD4-/CD8- 세포에서 발현되며, 분화의 후기 단계에서는 발현되지 않습니다. TCL1은 세포 생존 키나아제 AKT의 공동활성인자로 작용합니다 (Laine et al., 2000).
