Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CLINT1 binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P₂) and may play a role in transport via clathrin-coated vesicles from the trans-Golgi network to endosomes. It also stimulates clathrin assembly.
