FITC conjugates provide relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.
This antibody recognizes free light chains as well as those bound to heavy chains.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified to yield highly specific reagents.
