Target Information
CXCL6 is chemotactic for neutrophil granulocytes and signals via CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. It exhibits strong antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, approximately 90-fold higher than CXCL5 and CXCL7. Additionally, it possesses angiogenic properties.
