Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽에서 히알루로난(HA)에 대한 주요 수용체로 확인된 단백질입니다. 322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 type I integral membrane glycoprotein으로, CD44 HA 수용체와 약 41%의 유사성을 보입니다. LYVE1은 HA와 결합하며 림프관 내피세포의 luminal 면에 위치하고, 혈관에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 따라서 LYVE1은 림프관 특이적 HA 수용체로서 림프관 표지(marker)로 활용됩니다. 또한 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에도 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등은 림프관 내피세포의 주요 마커로 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
