Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility and enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These reagents are typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
