Target Information
IMPDH2 유전자는 새로운 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 생합성에서 속도 제한 효소를 암호화하며, DNA 및 RNA 합성에 필요한 세포 내 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 풀을 유지하는 데 관여합니다. 이 효소는 inosine-5'-monophosphate를 NAD 의존적으로 산화시켜 xanthine-5'-monophosphate로 전환하며, 이후 guanosine-5'-monophosphate로 변환됩니다. 일부 신생물에서 발현이 증가되어 악성 변형에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
