Target Information
Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질인 chromogranin/secretogranin 계열의 구성원입니다. 신경세포와 내분비세포의 분비 소포 내에 존재하며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin 세 가지 생리활성 펩타이드의 전구체로 작용합니다. 이들 펩타이드는 신경내분비 시스템의 자가 또는 주변 조절 인자로 작용합니다.
CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신경절종, 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 표지자로 알려져 있습니다. Chromogranin A와 neuron specific enolase (NSE)의 동시 발현은 신경내분비 신생물에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
