Target Information
The globular WW domain is composed of 38–40 semiconserved amino acids found in proteins with diverse structural, regulatory, and signaling functions. This domain mediates protein–protein interactions through binding to polyproline ligands.
WBP2 is a WW domain-binding protein that interacts with the WW domain of Yes kinase-associated protein via its PY motifs. The precise function of WBP2 has not been determined.
