Target Information
Parathyroid hormone receptor 1 (PTH1R)은 G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) 계열의 단백질로, 부갑상선 호르몬(PTH) 및 PTH-like hormone (PTHLH)의 수용체 역할을 합니다. 이 수용체의 활성은 G 단백질을 통해 adenylyl cyclase 및 phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger 시스템을 매개합니다.
PTH1R의 결함은 Jansen’s metaphyseal chondrodysplasia (JMC), Blomstrand type chondrodysplasia (BOCD), enchondromatosis 등과 관련이 있습니다.
PTH1R은 뼈, 유방, 뇌, 대장, 위장관, 신장, 간, 태반, 피부, 제대, 자궁 등 다양한 조직에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
