For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
SGK2 (Serum/Glucocorticoid Regulated Kinase 2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase similar to SGK.
Unlike SGK, SGK2 is not induced by serum or glucocorticoids but is activated by signals involving phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase.
It is phosphorylated and activated by PDK1 and, to a lesser extent, by insulin-like growth factor 1 in vitro.
