ARAP1 (angiotensin II type 1 receptor-associated protein)은 ArfGAP 및 RhoGAP 활성을 가진 어댑터 단백질로, 5개의 PH 도메인과 ankyrin 반복을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 phosphoinositide-, Arf-, Rho-매개 세포 신호 전달 사이의 연결고리 역할을 하며, angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1)의 세포막 재활용을 지원합니다. 또한 TRAIL-R1 (DR4)의 세포 특이적 이동에 관여하여 TRAIL 유도 세포사멸을 촉진합니다. ARAP1은 세포 확산에도 영향을 미칩니다.
