Target Information
Mox1와 gp91-phox는 NADPH oxidase의 필수 구성요소로서, superoxide를 생성하는 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 식세포, 신경상피세포, 혈관 평활근세포, 내피세포 등에 발현됩니다. gp91-phox와 p22-phox는 막 결합형 플라보사이토크롬을 구성하며, p47-phox 및 p67-phox와 함께 작용합니다. 또한 p22- 및 gp91-phox는 저산소 상태에서 세포 신호를 유도하는 산소 센서로 기능합니다. Mox1과 gp91은 C-말단 서열이 동일하지만 발현 패턴이 다르며, gp91-phox는 호산구, 호중구, 단핵구, B-림프구에 발현되고 Mox1은 주로 결장에서 발현됩니다.
