Target Information
RbAp48-15G12 recognizes full-length RbAp48 (48 kDa) and RbAp46 (46 kDa), nuclear proteins that interact with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb).
These proteins are highly homologous and belong to the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat family.
RbAp48 is a subunit of CAF-1, binds histone H4, and is part of human histone deacetylase HD1.
Both RbAp48 and RbAp46 interact with HDAC1 and mSin3 in vivo.
