Target Information
LRP6는 Wnt/β-catenin 신호전달 경로에 필수적인 단백질로, Frizzled와 함께 Wnt의 공동수용체로 작용합니다. DKK1 및 DKK2와는 높은 친화도로 결합하나 DKK3와는 결합하지 않습니다. DKK1과의 상호작용은 Kremen 단백질 매개 내포작용을 통해 LRP6 매개 Wnt/β-catenin 신호를 억제합니다.
