Product Specific Information

Alexa Fluor 594 FluoroNanogold F(ab`)2 fragment of goat anti-mouse IgG is covalently conjugated with uniform 1.4 nm gold clusters and bright, red-fluorescent Alexa Fluor 594 dye (spectrally similar to Texas Red dye).
FluoroNanogold conjugates can be used as probes in immunoblotting, light microscopy, electron microscopy, or fluorescence microscopy.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and offer versatility across detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
