Target Information
ZPK는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하는 효소로, leucine-zipper 도메인을 포함하며 주로 신경세포에서 발현됩니다. 이 효소의 인산화 상태는 calcineurin에 의해 막 탈분극 시 조절되며, CREB 및 MYC와 같은 leucine zipper 전사인자와 이합체를 형성하여 PKA 또는 retinoic acid에 의한 신경 분화 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
