For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MCEE catalyzes the interconversion of D- and L-methylmalonyl-CoA during the degradation of branched-chain amino acids, odd chain-length fatty acids, and other metabolites.
Mutations in this gene cause methylmalonyl-CoA epimerase deficiency, which presents as mild to moderate methylmalonic aciduria.
