Target Information
CD86는 CTLA4 및 CD28의 두 리간드 중 하나로, 항원 제시 과정에서 T세포 활성화에 필요한 공동자극 신호를 제공하는 분자입니다. 충분한 공동자극이 없는 항원 제시는 면역 관용을 유도할 수 있습니다.
CD86는 면역글로불린 초과족에 속하는 제1형 막 단백질로, 항원 제시 세포에서 발현되며 T세포 표면의 CD28 및 CTLA4와 결합합니다.
CD28과의 결합은 T세포 활성화를 유도하는 공동자극 신호를 제공하며, CTLA4와의 결합은 T세포 활성화를 억제하여 면역 반응을 감소시킵니다.
CD86의 대체 스플라이싱으로 두 가지 이소형이 생성되며, 추가적인 전사 변이체도 보고되었습니다.
