Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. Expression of GPR101 has been observed in human hypothalamus, caudate, and putamen, but not in thalamus, hippocampus, frontal cortex, or pons.
