DCX(TRUSS) 복합체는 MYC의 폴리유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 매개하며, TNFRSF1A 결합에 따른 NFKB1 활성화에도 관여합니다.
TRAF2와의 상호작용을 통해 JNK 활성화에도 참여하며, CHRM1 반응에 따른 소포체 내 Ca²⁺ 저장 감소에도 관련됩니다.
