Product Specific Information

• Each lot’s sensitivity is validated by ELISA and specificity by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL deionized water, stand 30 minutes at room temperature, and centrifuge to remove particulates.
• Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8 °C.
• For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20 °C as liquid.
• No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum proteins (based on IEP).

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents specific for mouse immunoglobulins. They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies.
These reagents enhance detection versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) for high specificity.
