- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Cytokeratin 20(KRT20)은 케라틴 단백질군에 속하며, 상피세포의 구조적 안정성을 유지하는 중간 필라멘트 단백질입니다. Type I cytokeratin으로서 산성 단백질이며, 주로 위 및 장 점막의 성숙한 장세포와 배상세포에서 발현됩니다. 해당 유전자는 염색체 17q12–q21 영역에 위치합니다.
