Target Information
GALNAC4S-6ST는 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate (PAPS)로부터 황산기를 chondroitin sulfate A의 GalNAc 4-sulfate 잔기의 C-6 수산기에 전달하여 chondroitin sulfate E를 형성하는 황산전이효소입니다. 또한, GalNAc(4SO4)-GlcA(2SO4)-GalNAc(6SO4) 비환원 말단 서열에 황산기를 전달하여 thrombomodulin chondroitin sulfate와 유사한 고황산화 구조를 생성합니다. GALNAC4S-6ST는 B세포 수용체(BCR) 신호 전달에도 관여할 가능성이 있으며, B세포 발달 및 RAG 발현 조절에 관련된 조절 신호를 매개할 수 있습니다. 그러나 이러한 기능은 생체 내에서 명확히 확인되지 않았습니다.
