For maximum recovery please spin prior to use. Aliquoting the 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes of kinase is not recommended as materials can be used in original packaging until exhausted. For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots; aliquots below 20 µL are not recommended. Never store a kinase diluted. If properly stored at -80C, this product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.

•Active-this protein can be used in kinase activity assays, such as Z`-LYTE™ assays, or in a binding assay platform like the LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assay (KBA).

YES1 is a recombinant human protein kinase that is a member of the SRC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and is the cellular homolog of the Yamaguchi sarcoma virus oncogene. It is involved in the regulation of cell growth and survival, including roles in apoptosis, cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeleton remodeling, and differentiation.
