HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag)는 다양한 세포 유형에서 유전자 산물의 위치를 확인하고, 단백질 및 단백질 복합체의 구조를 연구하며, 단백질 특이적 항체가 없는 경우에도 저발현 또는 면역원성이 낮은 단백질을 특성화할 수 있는 표지(epitope) 태그입니다.
HA(hemagglutinin)는 인플루엔자 헤마글루티닌에서 유래한 표면 당단백질로, 단백질 식별 및 정제를 용이하게 하여 기능적 분석에 활용됩니다. HA tag 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 또는 면역침강(co-immunoprecipitation)에 사용될 수 있습니다.
