PA1-27276 reacts with alpha chains on human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG), human Luteinizing Hormone (LH), and human Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH).
Target Information
The four human glycoprotein hormones—chorionic gonadotropin (CG), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)—are dimers consisting of alpha and beta subunits associated noncovalently. The alpha subunits are identical across these hormones, while the beta chains are unique and confer biological specificity. The encoded protein is the alpha subunit belonging to the glycoprotein hormones alpha chain family.
