ZNF786 (zinc finger protein 786) is a 782 amino acid protein belonging to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family, functioning in transcriptional regulation. It localizes to the nucleus and contains 16 C2H2-type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain. The gene encoding ZNF786 maps to human chromosome 7q36.1.
