Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DCXR protein functions as a homotetramer catalyzing diacetyl reductase and L-xylulose reductase reactions. It may play a role in the uronate cycle of glucose metabolism and osmoregulation in renal proximal tubules. Mutations in this gene are associated with pentosuria. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
