Target Information
THRAP3 is a 955 amino acid nuclear receptor-associated protein, part of the TRAP complex. It plays a role in maintaining nucleolar structure and transcriptional coactivation. THRAP3 interacts with DKC1, nop5/nap65, and fibrillarin, and is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
