Target Information
Repulsive Guidance Molecule B (RGMB) is primarily expressed in the central nervous system. RGMA and RGMB are co-expressed throughout the developing neural axis, colocalizing in the mantle layer. RGMA is found in neuroepithelium, while RGMB is present in the peripheral nervous system. During development, both are expressed in lung and limb cartilage, with RGMB additionally found in pancreas.
