Ladiratuzumab은 SLC39A6을 표적하는 생물의약품 유사체(biosimilar)입니다.
SLC39A6 유전자는 전사 개시 인자 TFIIF의 카복시말단과 상호작용하는 단백질을 암호화하며, RNA polymerase II의 개시 및 신장 조절에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 RNA polymerase II holoenzyme 복합체의 구성 요소일 가능성이 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 두 가지 서로 다른 isoform을 생성합니다.
