Target Information

C11orf84 negatively regulates the transcriptional activator activity of SPIN1 by inhibiting its histone methyl-binding ability. It represses SPIN1-regulated gene expression and Wnt signaling pathway activation. Also inhibits histone methyl-binding of SPIN2A, SPIN2B, SPIN3, and SPIN4.
