Target Information

Carboxypeptidase 계열에는 세 가지 procarboxypeptidase A와 두 가지 procarboxypeptidase B 형태가 존재합니다. B1과 B2는 주로 등전점에서 차이를 보입니다.
Carboxypeptidase B1은 조직 특이적 단백질로, 급성 췌장염 및 췌장이식 기능 이상 연구에 유용한 혈청 마커로 사용됩니다.
췌장암에서는 발현이 증가하지 않습니다.
